I could not believe my eyes when I saw food in the microwave, which claimed to be healthier than their food. Did they inject an extra vitamins and minerals in corn, peas and chicken? Or are they just manipulate the laws FDA.&#13;As sad as it is, the food labels were misleading the public eye for years. . . and to be honest with you, 99% of people will never know they are trap (of course, since you read this you will not be that no more than 99%).&#13;Below I will list some examples of things to avoid:&#13;Example 1: A product that claims to be &#8220;better than butter&#8221;.&#13;I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve seen this one before and asked can we really be better than butter? 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Quite often, we want to eat more healthily, but not sure where to start. Sometimes food you think might be good may in fact, not just for you, and vice versa. This article discusses some simple dietary changes you can start doing immediately that will improve your overall health. Whole wheat products&#13;One of the simplest changes you can do is start eating foods whole grains instead of those processed white flour. Why is this? The whole grain variety has retained more nutrients and it breaks down much more slowly in your body. This avoids sudden spikes in your blood sugar in the blood, which can lead to diabetes, long term. Heart Healthy Foods&#13;Heart disease is one of the major health problems we face. Often caused by blood clots in your arteries, this can be alleviated by eating certain foods right. Try eating things like oatmeal, blueberries and soy products like tofu. Even a daily glass of red wine or dark chocolate was found to be good for your heart. Drink more water&#13;We&#8217;ve often been told that we should drink 8 glasses of water each day, but how many of us actually do? Drinking water is an excellent way to help you lose weight. Water helps the body metabolize stored fat. Water is also ideal for your skin &#8211; it helps to maintain clear and healthy. Start drinking more water today! Eat More Vegetables&#13;Common vegetables like carrots, broccoli and spinach contain carotenoids, which are supposed to protect against cancer. Vegetables generally provide excellent health food and vitamins essential to your well-being. A simple way to increase your intake is to serve more than one vegetable with your meal. The fruits are beautiful!&#13;Like vegetables, fruits are an excellent source of vitamins and other nutrients. Eating fruit can help you lose weight and also prevent the disease. Apples, bananas and melons are particularly good for you. Try introducing some of these fruits at meal times. Bananas go well with your morning cereal, and fruit in general can make a great dessert to end your meal. Fish is good for you&#13;Cold water fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines contain omega-3. These fats are essential but they can not be produced by the body and must be obtained from foods. Fish is also a good source of protein low in calories and saturated fat. Try a tuna sandwich next time you have lunch! Loose meat&#13;Red meat like beef is very popular in many of our diets and is rich in protein and essential amino acids. However, it may contain lots of saturated fat. This does not mean we have to give up this favorite summer barbecue. Just look for lean cuts and stay away from those who are bold as the sirloin.&#13;There are many more could be said on the subject of health foods and vitamins. But just by following these simple suggestions you will be well on your way to a healthier diet. The many benefits you will see increasing your consumption of natural foods and vitamins include weight control, more energy and a reduced risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and cancer. </p>
