A great way to maintain healthy eyes is to eat well. Recent studies have shown that certain group of antioxidant vitamins can prevent or at least slow the process of age related conditions such as muscle degeneration and the development of cataracts. Such as vitamins A, E, C, selenium, zinc and folic acid have good benefits for eye health. Although a healthy diet can not make you good eye sight, it may help slow the disease process or prevent the onset of the first place itself. We can also keep your eyes healthy by using good lighting for computer use. When you read or work on the computer with poor lighting can cause eyestrain, but too light can make just as much damage as well. To avoid this keep your blinds down on sunny days and switch off the lights in half the households, if possible. The best light to work effectively without computer eyestrain is to use the lamp heat. You can also try to reduce the brightness of the screen. The colors are not as bright, but your eyes will feel much better. Another good way to keep your eye health is to give your eyes a break. While we were working on the computer, we blink about 25 percent less than what we normally do, causing dry eye. Substitute is to close your eyes for five seconds. Another thing you can do every once in awhile, is to take the eyes off the screen and focus on a distant object. If you follow these tips, you will notice the eyes bright and healthy in no time.
Eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal detachment and myopia from all weakness and inflammation of tissues that comprise and surround the eyes. Most doctors do not really know what to say to you on how to improve your eye health. They do not know how we can strengthen and protect your eyes from becoming a disease or if you have an eye disease how to improve your condition. In 1985 I developed retinal detachment in the right eye and my left eye was weak. The day I went to eye specialist in Palo Alto to see why part of my vision was dark, I am not at home for 3 days. Just when the doctor examined my eyes he said: “You must go to the hospital right now and this evening surgery.” Am I afraid? Definitely! The surgery was a success? Yes, certainly. But not before I spent 5 hours with a surgical laser procedure, a needle was pushed into my eyes as I stared, and had an internal laser pulses 50. Months later I asked my eye doctor what I could do to improve my eye health and stay strong. There was silence and my question remained unanswered. He did not know. Since that time, I become a nutritionist and learn many things about maintaining healthy eyes and I intend to write an e-report so that I can pass this information to a large number of you who want to avoid losing your sight while you become older. Right now I want to give you one thing you can do for your eye health. Let me give you a formula on how you can make your own eye drops made from MSM. You will recall that in the last newsletter, I mentioned MSM eye drops that you can use in your ears to keep them flexible. Well, MSM eye drops are the best drops you can use in your eyes: ”The strengthening ”Preventing Glaucoma Prevention of cataract ”Keeping young ”Dissolve mucus ”Keep your eyes wet Drought correct ”To relieve the tension ”To relieve the red eyes ”Clear up pink eye ”Solve styes ”Cleans eye infections ”Binding free of damaging free radicals ”Forging destructive proteins The best part of eye drops MSM is that they are not addicted, like many eye drops that you find at the pharmacy. Look, can you ask for more drops of this solution? Yes you can. The second part concerns the best MSM eye drops is that they are really cheap. You can buy it already done for about $ 5. Of course, you have one ounce. The shipping cost more than the product. Here’s what I buy when I do it myself: ”An ounce of 2 or 4 brown bottle Pipette ”Torpedo Tablets MSM, 1000 mg per tablet ”The saline solution that I use for my lenses and that’s all. Here’s how: ”Boil the dropper bottle with stem and rubber stopper than 10 minutes ”After cooking, rinse the inside of the bottle, the rod and the rubber stopper with distilled water. ”Fill the bottle with 80% saline. ”Add two to four MSM torpedoes which makes 2000 to 4000 mg. ”What the MSM will dissolve and it is ready. One warning, just start with only two torpedoes. Then test it on your eye by dropping a drop in the eye. You feel a little more than a sting. Continue adding a torpedo until the bite is not too severe or mild. I use 4 torpedoes since I am useful to the bite. I also add a drop of 98% of Aloe Vera from Aloe has antibacterial properties and it promotes cell regeneration. Of course, aloe is adding more bite, but it will not damage your eyes. Just go slowly and add the amount of aloe Mall to get the effect you can live with. This is an actual decline in the eyes and excellent for your eye health. It is better to be yourself, because it can be done when ever you need it. I use it all the time before I put my contacts in the lens, when I have my contacts, and after I take them off. Have fun doing this and if you have children to show them what you do.
